Know what to reorder, what to stop buying, and what is tying up cash.

Drop in a CSV from your ERP, QuickBooks or spreadsheet. ReorderLab returns ABC classes, safety stock, reorder points, EOQ and a dead-stock report in seconds. No setup, no consultant, no macro-filled workbook.

Free for up to 50 SKUs shown in detail. No credit card. Your file is analysed and not stored unless you save a report.

Built for the person who "does the purchasing and the spreadsheet"

ABC classification

Rank every SKU by annual dollar usage. See the 20% of items that carry 80% of the value, with adjustable cut-offs.

Safety stock and reorder points

Pick a service level (90% to 99.9%). Uses lead time and demand variability, with sensible defaults when you do not have the data.

Reorder now list

Every SKU at or below its reorder point, with a suggested order quantity based on EOQ. Hand it straight to purchasing.

Excess and dead stock

Finds items with 6+ months of cover or no usage at all, and puts a dollar figure on the cash sitting on the shelf.

How it works

  1. Export a CSV with SKU, unit cost and annual usage. On-hand, lead time and demand variability are optional but sharpen the answers.
  2. Upload it. Column names are matched automatically: "Item No", "Part Number", "Std Cost", "Qty On Hand" and many more.
  3. Read the results, sort and filter by class or status, and (with Pro) export the full report to CSV or keep a history of past analyses.

Questions

Is my data safe?

Your CSV is processed in memory and discarded. It is only kept if you press Save report (Pro). We never sell or share it.

Which formulas do you use?

Safety stock = z × σdaily × √lead time. Reorder point = daily demand × lead time + safety stock. EOQ = √(2DS / H). Read the guide for the details and assumptions.

Does it connect to my ERP?

Not yet. Anything that can export a CSV or Excel-saved CSV works today.
