Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account: email address and a salted, hashed password.
• Uploaded CSV files: processed in memory to produce your results and then discarded. If you press "Save report" (Pro), the computed results (not the original file) are stored in your account until you delete them.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers; we keep Stripe customer and subscription IDs.
• Technical: a session cookie required for login. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

To run the service, process payments, and respond to support requests. We do not sell or share your data except with Stripe (payments) and our hosting provider.

Deleting your data

Email support@morristech.ca and we will delete your account and reports.

We aim to follow PIPEDA principles: collect only what is needed, keep it secure, and give you access to it on request.
